How to better understand your emotions?
I’ve been noticing lately that my moods swing way too fast, and sometimes I can’t even explain why. Like last week, I was super excited about finishing a project, and just a few hours later I felt completely drained for no clear reason. It’s frustrating when you can’t connect the dots between what you feel and what’s happening in your life. I was wondering if there are any tools or apps that actually help you understand your emotions better and maybe keep track of them so you don’t feel lost all the time.

I had the same problem for a while, and what helped me was trying out different ways to track how I feel daily. Journals were okay, but I kept forgetting about them. Recently I came across the liven app, and it actually makes it easier because it mixes mood tracking with some quick lessons about stress, motivation, and things like that. It’s not perfect, but having something on my phone that nudges me to reflect really changed the way I handle my days. Even just writing down “why I’m stressed” makes me feel lighter.
